April 15 , 2006 Located in Monroe, LA, the member-owned club recently celebrated the reopening of the seven-court tennis center after a total facelift. Trans Texas Tennis, Ltd. teamed with Holyfield Construction of Monroe to complete the renovation. Two hard courts were converted to Lee Fast-dri Hydrocourts, two badly cracked asphalt courts were overlayed with a post-tensioned concrete cap, and the remaing three hard courts were resurfaced. Additional improvements included a new brick entrance, a clay-court storage building, a covered viewing area, fencing, and site drainage. The club now has the finest tennis center in northeastern Louisiana. << Back
